Loughran, Timothy P. "Chet", 60, passed away November 7, 2016 at home after a lengthy illness. He was born August 6, 1956 in Johnstown, PA. He was the son of late Robert "Mike" and Mildred B. Loughran. Also preceded in death by brother Michael B. Loughran; uncle George M. Loughran; father-in-law James R. Wagner; brother-in-law William D. Wagner. Survived by loving devoted wife, Carol, of 21 years; daughter Jennifer Fisher, Westmont; son Dennis (Jamie) Fisher, Mount Pleasant; beloved granddaughter Brenna; siblings David (Christine) Loughran, Greensburg; Sally (George) Kondor, Little River, SC; Brian (Teresa) Loughran, Portland, OR.; nieces and nephews Kolt Loughran, NC; Blake Loughran, Zelienople; Melanie Dotson, Columbus, OH; Benjamin Kondor, Pittsburgh; Riley Loughran, Portland, OR; mother-in-law Janet Wagner, Bolivar; brothers-in-law James (Tammy) Wagner, New Florence; Thomas (Kathy) Wagner, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. Tim was an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast who enjoyed hunting, loved fishing with his granddaughter and enjoyed a good joke. He had numerous friends and co-workers and was loved and respected by all who knew him. A graduate of Greater Johnstown H.S., Westinghouse School of NDE Welding, Airco Technical Institute and Triangle Tech. A former employee of Leitenberger Machine Co., Bethlehem Steel Corp., Gilbert Commonwealth for many generating stations, Bestform in Sidman and finally for Diamond Technical at the Homer City Power Plant. Friends received 1-3 and 5-7 pm Thursday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St, New Florence, where service will be held 11AM Friday. Pastor Connie Pardee officiating. Masonic Service Thursday evening at the funeral home. Interment Germany Lutheran Cemetery.
