Obituary
Thomas Paynter, 84, Brush Valley passed away January 16, 2024, at home. Born March 9, 1939, in Derry Twp.
He is preceded in death by mother Anna Mae Paynter McAnulty, wife Joyce (Schofield) Paynter, daughter Barbra Silk and son-in-law William "Bear" Silk.
Survived by daughter Sandra Paynter, Brush Valley, grandchildren Scott W. Silk, Shelocta; Thomas E. Silk, Shelocta; Julia M. Paynter, North Arlington, NJ; and James T. Paynter, Brush Valley; great-grandchildren Nancy Silk, and Clark Silk.
Tom was the owner/operator of Tom Paynter Mobile Glass. He enjoyed his farm, horses, and traveling to Florida to go to Disney.
There will be no public service or visitation. Private interment Brush Valley Cemetery. Arrangements in care of Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, Armagh.
