Born August 25, 1937 in Sidman the son of the late Joseph and Rheba (Brown) Hampton. Survived by wife of 55 years Sallly (Ream) Hampton; children Dale Hampton and wife Hope, Brush Valley; Brenda Schetnan, Albuquerque, NM; Thomas R. Hampton and Vicki, Brush Valley; grandchildren Seth Hampton and Megan; Kyle Hampton & Michelle; Luke Hampton; Sara Hampton; Jeffrey Schetnan; Alesha Radebach; great-grandson Josiah; sister Joan Shiber, Phoenix, AZ; brother Chester Hampton and Shirley, Canton, OH; step-sisters Nancy Snyder and Tim, NC; Sadie Glunt and Denny, Hollidaysburg. Also preceded in death by brothers Joseph E Hampton; Gene Hampton; and sister Darlene Hampton. Member of Brush Valley United Methodist Church. Enjoyed fishing, hunting and woodworking and working in the woods, camping gardening, apple butter making.
