Thomas E. Barney, Armagh, formerly Columbia, MD; passed away November 6, 2017 at St. Andrew's Village. Born October 7, 1951 in Washington, D.C. the son of the late Omer L. and Ray (Burnside) Barney. Also preceded in death by infant brother and brother-in-law Joseph M. Naugle, Jr. Survived by sister Roberta A. Naugle; nephew Joseph M. Naugle, III and wife Vicki; niece Cynthia L. Lecci all of Armagh; great-nephews Joseph M. Naugle, IV and Michael Lecci; great-niece Tori Naugle and numerous family and friends in the Columbia, MD area. Tom is a graduate of DuVal High School in Lanham, MD, and was a former Director of Facility Operations (DOFO) at Ourisman Honda, Bethesda, MD.
