Theresa Paulette Penrose

Theresa Paulette Penrose, 69, Armagh passed away May 12, 2026, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. Born July 8, 1956, in Johnstown, the daughter of late William and Eleanor (Barlak) Troska. Also preceded in death by husband Wayne Thomas Penrose and sister Barbara Rose

Survived by her children Joseph Penrose and Jennifer Penrose; her grandchildren Brent, Leo, Shayla, Santonio, and Enzo; and her brothers Michael Troska and Lawrence Troska.

Theresa was an amazing cake decorator who would bake cakes, cookies and help with other items for weddings. In addition to her baking, she was well known for her cooking skills. She would donate to the homeless. Theresa would make dresses for important events for family and friends. She was very talented at numerous crafts and would enjoy decorating for every holiday.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh, where service will be held noon Friday. Private interment Armagh Cemetery. Cemetery.
