Theodore "Ted" Ackerson, 78, Armagh, passed way February 13, 2014 at home. Born January 23, 1936 in Cherryhill Twp. the son of the late William Jay and Viola (Makin) Ackerson. Also preced in death by daughter Jody Ackerson, four sisters and one brother. Survived by wife of 45 years Sadie (Stephens) Ackerson. Children Tammie Elias and husband Clint, Indiana; Joe and David Ackerson; and Cindy Jobe; grandchildren Hunter, Elias and five other grandchildren; brothers Roy Ackerson and wife Nancy; Carl Ackerson both of Clymer. Ted enjoyed hunting and was a retired truck driver from M & C Trucking. Friends received Monday from 10 AM till time of memorial service at 11 AM at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadephia St., Armagh. Private interment Armagh Cemetery.
