Theresa L. "Terie" (Yaworski) Consalvo, 58, Gas Center passed away September 26, 2019 at home.  Born January 12, 1961 in Johnstown the daughter of late Joe and Rita Yaworski.  Survived by fiancé Andrew Forish; brothers Joe Yaworski and wife Cheryl, Dilltown; Rick Yaworski and wife Kathy, Gas Center; Jeff Yaworski, Pittsburgh; stepson Matt Consalvo, Altoona; nieces and nephew, Dana Wilhelm, Greg Yaworski, Amanda Eutin; great-niece and great-nephews and several other extend family members. Also, her four-footed friends Zoey and Lucy.

Terie enjoyed golfing, camping, and playing bingo.  She was a former employee for 28 years at Pleasant Valley Golf Course for the Dixon family.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 PM Sunday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E.
