Susie Louise (Barbus) Flickinger, 88, New Florence, passed away December 13, 2018, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.  Born October 30, 1930 in Climax, the daughter of the late John and Mary V. (Litesky) Barbus.  Also preceded in death by husband Walter William "Bud" Flickinger. Brothers John, Frank, Mike, Joseph, Peter, Leonard and Andrew Barbus.  Sisters Helen Mulligan and Agnes Hall.

Survived by children William Flickinger and wife Tina, Myrtle Beach, SC; Cheryl Miller, New Florence; Dorie Balenic and husband Randy, Indian Head, MD; David Flickinger, New Florence; Glenn Flickinger and wife Beverly, Myrtle Beach, SC.  Grandchildren Dan Durler, David Durler, Margaret Durler, Suzy Abell, Nick Flickinger, Alicia Downing; Wade Flickinger, Marissa Flickinger and several great-grandchildren; sisters Vernie Nixon, Anne Lear, and Theresa Robertson. Also survived by her "second family" Brian and Kelly Fry and their children Tessa, Shawna and Melina Fry.

Susie enjoyed her flower garden and spending time with her grandchildren.  Friends received Friday, 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence, were service will be held         Saturday, 11 AM.  Interment Germany Lutheran Cemetery.
