Bartlebaugh, Stella Catherine "Cathy", 76, Brush Valley passed away October 20, 2017 at home. Born February 6, 1940 in Bolivar daughter of late John and Violet (Frain) Decker. Survived by husband Walter Bartlebaugh; children Melissa Daniels, Johnstown; Todd Howard, New Florence; Neil Howard, Brush Valley; Larry Earl Bartlebaugh, Pittsburgh; Carole Bartlebaugh, Butler; grandchildren Nick Feathers and Austin Daniels; great-grandchildren Lexi, Nicholas and Mason Feathers; sisters Nancy Decker, Johnstown; Betty Gindlesperger, New Florence; Cathy enjoyed keeping busy, yard work, various peanut candy bars and taking care of her family. She was always with her husband, was a great mother and will be missed by all. Friends received 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Sunday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., where service will be held 11 AM Monday.
