McKinney, Shirly, 81, Robinson passed away December 20, 2018 at Indiana Regional Medical Center.  Born February 8, 1937 in Lockport, the daughter of the late Alvin M. and Amy (Muir) Payne.  Also preceded in death by husband Paul J. McKinney, son Dan McKinney, grandson Frank Burkett, brother Alvin Leslie Payne, Sr. and infant brother Richard E. Payne.

Survived by children Jeff Payne and wife Cindy (Foust), Blairsville; Josie Burkett, Bolivar; Dianne Mort and husband Richard Jr., Brush Valley. Joe, Dale and Donna McKinney, all of Robinson.  Grandchildren Candice William, Levittown; Jeffery Payne and wife Arleena, Johnstown; Mandy Burkett, Pittsburgh; Anthony McKinney, Robinson;  4 great-grandchildren; sister Jean Burkett, Tucson, AZ; brothers Boyd Payne, Blairsville, Samuel Payne, Lockport.

In addition to spending time with her family Shirly enjoyed spending her time quilting, word search puzzles, cooking and reading.
