Shirley Meyer, 82, Armagh, passed away February 22, 2019 at Westmont Woods.  Born December 31, 1936 in Dilltown, the daughter of the late George and I. Blanche (Bennett) Stephens.  Also, preceded in death by husband Harold "Pete" Meyer; daughter Kimberly Mitchell; grandson Christopher Evans; brother George "Bub" Stephens.

Survived by daughters Beverly Nave, Signal Mountain, TN; Colleen Marsh and husband Denny, Brush Valley;  Cheryl Wentz and husband Loren, Seward;  Stephanie Perry, New Florence; son-in-law Robert Mitchell, Seward; grandchildren Evan, Ariana and Nathan Mulligan; Jeffrey Marsh; Justin Berkebile; Angela Leventry, Courtney Wingard; Cassandra Robertson; and Kenny Perry; 13 great-grandchildren. Sister of Bill Stephens, Homer City; Sadie Ackerson, Dilltown; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Shirley was a member of Valley Grace Brethren Church, Armagh who enjoyed quilting, knitting, crocheting, reading and traveling.  The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Asera Care Hospice and Westmont Woods for the care and love Shirley received.

Friends received 11 am – 2 pm and 6-8 pm Monday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh, where service will be held 11 am Tuesday. Pastor Norris Mason Officiating.  Interment Armagh Cemetery.
