Decker, Ryan Shawn, 21, Armagh, passed away January 5, 2018. Born October 21, 1996 in Johnstown the son of Brain Decker, New Florence and Sheila Stephens and fiancé Dave Brown, Robinson. Also survived by sisters Mariah Decker, Plum; Alyssa Decker, Johnstown; Rayla Decker, Armagh; special nephew Brayden Lucas; parental grandmother Yvonne Decker, New Florence; maternal grandmother Kathy Stephens, Robinson; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. Preceded in death by parental grandfather Barney Decker; maternal grandfather Terry Stephens; special aunt Carla Clawson. Ryan was a sophomore at I.U.P studying history. He loved music, hockey and playing X-Box. Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh where service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday. Pastor James Pardee officiating. Interment Germany Lutheran Cemetery.
