Rose L. (Boring) Norton, 63, Johnstown passed away August 27, 2025, at home.  Born July 20, 1962, in Johnstown, the daughter of the late Othea and Delphia (McIntire) Boring.  Also preceded in death by son George William Luker, III, brothers Kevin, Keith, Curt, and Othea "Jackie" Jr. Boring.

Survived by children Mike Reed, Jr., Betty Jo (Reed) McLean and husband Bryan, and Kala Norton, all of Johnstown.  Grandchildren Tyler, Angel, Lexi, Chad, Brandon, Miranda, Carissa, Zachary, Harlo, Michael, Jr., and Lydia.  Seven great-grandchildren and with one more the way.  Brothers and sisters, Ilene, Lethia, Clarence, Robin, and Orbin.

Rose enjoyed crocheting, sewing, watching Days of Our Lives, and Murder She Wrote, and her cat Tigger.  She could strike up a conversation with anyone.  Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren kept her going.

Friends received 4pm till time of service 8 pm Friday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence.  Future inurnment Bethel Cemetery.
