Phyllis L. Skavang, 97, New Florence, passed away May 18, 2020 at the Lutheran Home of Johnstown. Born April 5, 1923 in Johnstown the daughter of the late Charles and Florence (Blough) Shiley. Also preceded in death by husband Harold Skavang; sons Rodney Wayne and Jeffrey L. Skavang; brothers Leonard and Richard Shiley, and sister Brenda Kline. Survived by son Keith Skavang and wife Sandy (Troska), Cramer. Grandchildren Dustin Skavang and wife Melanie, Highland, MI; Heather Bealonis and husband George, Armagh; Kristen Lamb and husband Justin, Cramer; Riah Hoffman and husband Bill, Armagh. Great-grandchildren Bailey Skavang, Morgan McCully, Fallon Lamb, Amelia Skavang, Annika Skavang, Reese Hoffman, Justyce Lamb, Nolan Lamb, and William Hoffman. Sister Carole Smith, Armagh. Phyllis was a member of Faith Lutheran Church. Due to public health concerns all services will be private. Interment Grandview Cemetery.
