Philip N. "Crow" Nibert, 76, Brush Valley, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family June 25, 2015 at home. Born December 6, 1938 in Indiana the son of the late William and Esther (Shaffer) Nibert. Survived by wife of 53 years Wilda (Fetterman) Nibert. Children Margaret "Missy" Nibert, and Ed Butler, Armagh; Michel Hinton and husband Dennis, Poquoson, VA; Marcia Moyers and husband Karl, Cramerton, NC; Scott Nibert and Shawna, W. Wheatfield Twp.; grandchildren Ben, Chandler, Bryce, Nathan, Abigail, Morgan and Wyatt; sister Clara Truitt, Brush Valley brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws William Fetterman, Thomas & Betsy Fetterman, Linda & Timothy Brendlinger, Evelyn Griffith and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by Father-in-law and Mother-in-law William and Virginia Fetterman; sister Ruth Ann McCracken; brother-in-law Donald Colgan. Crow was a member of the Brush Valley Chapel, Brush Valley Vol. Fire Co. and UMWA Local 1412. He has served on the board of the Brush Valley Cemetery as a previous president and enjoyed farming, his tractors and was very involved in various actives around Brush Valley community. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 PM Sunday at the Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh, where service will be held Monday at 1PM. Rev. Robert White officiating.
