Marjorie, "Peggy" (Luther) Cowan, 94, of Clyde, passed away December 24, 2018, at Amber Springs, Laurel Wood Care Center.

Born February 18, 1924, in Blairsville, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Doyle Luther and Mabel (Stutzman) Luther.

Peggy was known for her good cooking and canning.  She enjoyed visiting with family and friends as was an avid reader.  Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the center of her life.

Peggy is survived by a daughter, Sharon Mack and husband Dave of Clyde; grandchildren: Lesley Simmons (Rob Loveridge) of Clyde and Tracey Sisitki (Rod) of Midland, Michigan; four great-grandchildren: Gianna Simmons, Daeva Simmons, Haley Sisitki and Ryan Sisitki; sister-in-law Dorothy Kubinsky and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Raymond; daughter, RaeDeana Roach; brothers Dean Luther and Jay Luther.

A private gravesite service will be held at Bethel Cemetery, Clyde at a time designated by the family.
