Wisisnger, Nancy Marie (Palmer), 70, New Florence went home to be with the Lord January 9, 2016. Born July 17, 1945 in Indiana County, daughter of the late Richard & Mary (Hunter) Palmer. Also preceded in death by son Brian E. Wissinger, brother Ronald L. Palmer and nephew Larry E. Palmer. Survived by daughters Lorra (Gail) Bracken, New Florence; Connie (David) Hochstein, Dilltown; Debra (William) Kintz, Latrobe; Kimberly (Jay) Custer, Stoystown; Lonnie Wissinger (fiancé Steve Hairston), Latrobe; grandchildren Gregory (Patrick) Flores; Timothy (Kristen) Hochstein; Lisa Bracken (fiancé Philip Fuller); Jessica Hochstein; Brittany (Vaugh, Jr.) Shultz; April (Cory) Nolan; Curtis Nagle; Jeffrey Kintz; Stephanie Nagle; Tyre Hairston; Dylan Wissinger; Layla Hairston; great-grandchildren Brittany Shultz; Conner Wiemer; Vaugh Shultz III; Bella Nolan; Carson Wiemer; Adalyn Nolan; Jayden Nagle; brothers and sisters Betty (Elgin) Laney, Derry; Richard Palmer, Blairsville; Joseph (Debbie) Palmer, Blairsville; Jeannie (Harry) Coish, Derry. Several nieces and nephews and former husband Edward C. Wissinger. Nancy was a member of Shannon Creek Baptist Church and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 PM Tuesday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St. New Florence and 10 till time of service at 11 AM Wednesday at Shannon Creek Baptist Church, 366 Shannon Creek Rd. New Florence.
