Duncan, Mildred V., 99, Johnstown formerly of Seward died on her birthday March 20, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center. Born in 1914 in Grafton WV the daughter of late Jesse H. and Cora R. (Southworth) Hill. Also preceded in death by husband Glen M. Duncan; son David M. Duncan; these sisters and brother Sarah C. Doyle, Mary Irene Powell, Harold H. Hill Sr, and Alice G. Fluharty. Survived by children Cora Lou Parrish and husband John and Darold Duncan all of Johnstown; and Garland Lee Duncan, Pittsburgh; grandchildren Kimberly, Shannon, Charlene, Lynn, John, Shawn, Erin and Laryssa; 18 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law Rose Marie "Daisy" Duncan, Brick, NJ. Friends received 11 am till time of service 1 pm Saturday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St, Armagh. Rev. Rick Corbett officiating. Interment Armagh Cemetery.
