Vindish, Michael E., 53, Seward died December 5, 2011 at Memorial Medical Center. Born January 23, 1958 in Johnstown the son of Peter and Irene (Naylor) Vindish. Preceded in death by mother and brother Pete. Survived by father, Johnstown; wife of 23 years Linda (Mack) Vindish; children Melissa and Garrett Vindish, both Seward; James Weingart, Johnstown; grandchildren Ethan, Skylee, Rylee, Landon and Logan; sisters Lois Benites, San Francisco, CA; Diane Mock, Elaine Vitko and Blanche Rayman all of Johnstown; Theresa Snyder, Curwensville. Member and former Assistant Chief of Seward Vol. Fire Co. He had coached his son in Laurel Valley Roller Hockey. Enjoyed sporting events and fishing and especially enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and entire family. Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 pm Thursday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh where service will be held 11 am Friday Pastor Drew Walther officiating. Interment Armagh Cemetery. Military rite by local veterans organization.
