Palmer, Michael Lee, 32, Latrobe, passed away May 8, 2018 at UPMC Presbyterian.  Born February 15, 1986 in Johnstown, the son of Lisa M. (Sapp) Palmer and step-father Martin Ulishney, Climax and father Karl Palmer, Seward.  Also survived by daughter Oreaetta May Palmer; brother Allen Palmer and Nichelle Stiffler, Climax; sister Vicki Haase and husband Andrew, Derry; step-sister Tara Scekeres; Maternal Grandmother Barbara Sapp; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.  Preceded in death by maternal grandfather Bernard Sapp, Sr.  Michael was an employee of Castle Co-Packers and was an avid fisherman who always tried to help people with what ever their task was and wore his heart on his sleeve. Friends received from 2 – 5 PM Saturday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Homes, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses.
