Melinda Kay Rese

Melinda Kay (Locher) Rese, 50, Geistown, passed away April 20, 2026, at Memorial Medical Center. Born July 16, 1975, in Johnstown. She is survived by parents Rodger R. Locher, Sr., Johnstown, and Beverly J. (Snoby) Busch, Robinson. Children Anthony, Morgan and Andrew Rese, all Geistown, and Meghan (Travis) Allison, Windber. Granddaughter Paislei. Sister Kimberly Busch, Robinson. Brother Bradley Busch, Johnstown. Neice Danika and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceded in death by grandparents James and Dorothy Snoby, and Charles and Dorothy Locher, and brother Rodger R. Locher, Jr.

Melinda was a 1993 graduate of Forest Hills H.S. and a 1999 graduate of Strayer University. She was an avid Washington Redskins and Capitals fans who enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with her children.
