Ressler, Marion Ruth (Weinelt), 81, New Florence died June 22, 2012 at home surrounded by her family. Born March 2, 1931 in Johnstown the daughter of late Francis Joseph and Sueanna (Goehres) Weinelt. Also preceded in death by husband of 40 years William T. Ressler in 1989. Survived by children William Ressler Jr. and wife Carol, Vintondale; Jerry Ressler and wife Brenda, Stoystown; Cora Gescheke and husband Paul, Seward; Sueanna Smith, Nanty Glo; Robin Shetler and husband Paul, New Florence; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren with one on the way. Good friends Gladys Shetler and Vivian Whorton. Marion enjoyed fishing, playing cards, crocheting and yard sales. Friends received 6 till time of memorial service 8 pm Tuesday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St, New Florence. Father Ted Rematt officiating.
