Born November 30, 1938 in Johnstown the daughter of late Robert A. and Jessie M. (Vickroy) Howard. Also preceded in death by brother Robert R. Howard. Survived by sister Patricia Lundregan and husband Paul, Sykesville, MD and these neices and nephews John, Scott and Bryan Howard, Mark Lundregan, Michelle McCarter, Lisa Reeley. Friends received 11 AM till time of service 1 pm Friday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence. Internment Fairfield Cemetery.
