Lois V. Detwiler, 82, New Florence formerly of Long Key, FL, died Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at Memorial Medical Center. Born January 21, 1929 in Williamsburg, PA the daughter of late Aden and Berna Showalter. Also preceded in death by sister Helen Jassoy. Survived by husband of 62 years J. Lester Detwiler, Jr. who she married August 27, 1948; children Corena Stiffler and husband James, New Florence; Bruce Detwiler and wife Bonnie Upper St. Clair; grandchildren James Stiffler Jr. and wife Tracy; Kevin Stiffler and wife Amy; Heidi (Stiffler) Peters and husband Bert; Leslie (Detwiler) Fastovsky and husband Jeff; Amber Krouse; and Sean Krouse; 6 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sister Wilda Myers, Julian, PA. Loving and devoted wife, mother and "Oma" who will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Member of New Florence United Methodist Church.
