Lois "L.J." Plowman, 67, Delmont, "went home with the Lord" May 11, 2019, Born Oct 17, 1951 in E. Wheatfield Twp. Daughter of the late Samuel R. Mack & Kathleen M. (Wirick) Mack.  Also preceded in death by step-father Burl Richardson.  Survived by Husband Art Ciongoli, son Bradley Plowman, Woodland Park, CO.  L.J. was an avid Steeler and Pirate fan.  Homemaker, enjoyed gardening, she was loving and committed to her family.
