Also preceded in death by husband Washington Lewis McElwee. Great-grandson Cedric and brother Raymond Penrose. Survived by daughter Cindy McElwee, Bolivar. Sons Joe and wife Deleta McElwee, Blairsville; Todd and wife Angela McElwee, Shady Grove; Glenn and wife Tracy McElwee, Blairsville. 10 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren. Sister of Florence Haire, New Florence; Betty Boring, Bolivar; Delnora Bracken, Robinson; and James Penrose, Riddler, LA.
