Boring, Leona G., 87, New Florence passed away November 10, 2016 at Brookdale Latrobe. Born October 9, 1929 in Huff the daughter of late Emanuel and Eva Ruth (Prettyman) Boring. Also preceded in death by brother Paul Boring, sister Nancy Cable. Survived by sister Margaret Gorman, New Florence along with several nieces and nephews. Leona enjoyed shopping, buying lottery tickets, spending time with her family especially the children. She always did more for others than herself and was well known as a clerk at Peck's. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 pm Sunday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence, where the service will be held at 11 am Monday. Rev. R. Kenneth Keiper officiating.
