Kinzey, Judith, 82, New Florence, passed away January 21, 2023, at home. Born August 11, 1940, in New Florence, the daughter of the late John W and Agnes Violet (DeWitt) Kisamore. Also preceded in death by husband James Earl Kinzey, stepson Terry "Wildie" Kinzey and sister Wanda Berkstresser.

Survived by children Tammy McLaughlin and husband Lewis, Bolivar; Rhonda Kinzey, Robinson; grandchildren Brad McLaughlin, Jenna McLaughlin and Calin Gropp, Trevor Holupka and Gwen Clawson, Hannah Holupka; great-grandchild T.J. Holupka, brother Arthur "Whitey" Kisamore, sister Glenda Howard, brother-in-law Ronald "Mike" Berkstresser, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

Judy enjoyed bingo and other forms of gambling, and spending time with her grandchildren and her cats.
