Joseph C. Kelly, 64, Armagh, passed away December 19, 2019 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born April 25, 1955 in Johnstown the son of late Moss M. Kelly and Sara Jane (Jackson) Bracken. Also preceded in death by step-father Ira C. Bracken, brothers John T. Kelly and Charles A. Kelly, half-brothers Moss M. Kelly, Jr., Kenneth K. Kelly, half-sisters Emmie McAdams, Doris Fetterman, and Goldie Waltman. Survived by brother Harry E. Kelly, Big Run; sister Rhea Vasas and husband Joe, Armagh; special nephew Josh Vasas, special niece Jaime Vasas, and special great-niece Claralyn, with whom he resided. Also several other nieces, nephews and extended family members. Special friend Alvin Miller. Joe enjoyed spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, sitting in the garage, trying to control the family dogs and putzying around town. Friends received 2 till time of service 7 pm Monday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia Street, Armagh. Pastor Joseph Walls officiating. Private interment Armagh Cemetery.
