Provias, Jeremy Tyler, 18, Blairsville, passed away September 25, 2017 at UPMC Shadyside. Born March 29, 1999 in Johnstown, the son of Jeremy J. and Jennifer M. (Lindsey) Provias. Also survived by siblings Riley James and Bailey Rose; Maternal grandparents Russell and Kathy Lindsey, Armagh; Paternal grandmother Sharon Provias, Homer City; Maternal great-grandparents Mary Ann Ofman and Nancy and Lyle Lindsey, all of Armagh; Paternal great-grandmother Bertha Lindsey, Shady Grove. Jeremy was an avid motor head, he loved being in the garage, riding dirt bike, hunting, fishing, camping, trapping and spending his free time with his girlfriend Katlyn Fraska. He was a man that would always put his family first. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 PM Friday at the Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 30, at 10 am at Holy Family Catholic Church, 425 Bridge St., Seward. Rev. Robert Washko officiating. Interment Armagh Cemetery.
