Cook, Jayne D., 65, Indiana passed away December 19, 2018 at Indiana Regional Medical Center.  Born January 6, 1953 in Johnstown the daughter of the late Thomas James and Garnet Mae (St. Clair) Bracken.

Survived by sons Jason Cook and wife Amy, Dilltown and Jon McGregor and wife Jill, Murrysville.  7 grandchildren and brother Boyd Bracken and wife Eleanor, Blairsville.

A former school bus driver and an avid animal lover.

Friends received 4-6 PM Sunday, December 23 at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier Street, New Florence.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Jayne's memory may be made to Indiana County Humane Society, 191 Airport Rd., Indiana, PA 15701 or ASPCA.
