James M. Waters, 85, Lawrenceville, PA passed away unexpectantly October 5, 2021.  Born May 24, 1936, in Robindale, PA the son of late John and Ruth (Grow) Waters.  Also preceded in death by granddaughter Stephanie Waters and brother John Waters, Jr.

Survived by wife Barbara (Hancharik) Waters; children Michele Rundell (John), James Waters, Jr., (Deborah), Thomas Waters (Marcia); grandchildren Ashley, Nicole, Matthew, Garrett and Michael; and brother Hank Waters.

Jim was a retired lineman for Penelec and a US Army Veteran, of Korean War.  He also was a very good woodworker who crafted many beautiful furniture items.

Friends received 1PM till time of service 2 PM Saturday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh.  Interment Benshoff Hill Cemetery.
