James R. "Jim" Wagner Sr., 74, Bolivar passed away Peacefully January 15, 2013 at St. Andrew's Village, Indiana. Born May 1, 1938 in New Kensington the son of late Omer and Betty (Erb) Wagner. Also preceded in death by son William "Bill" Wagner. Brother Edward C Wagner; brother-in-law Darryl Colbert and sister-in-law Patricia J. Short. Survived by loving wife of 54 years Janet S. (Colbert) Wagner; three children James Wagner Jr. and wife Tammy; Carol Loughran and husband Tim; Thomas Wagner and wife Kathy, all of New Florence; five grandchildren Jennifer Fisher, Denny Fisher and wife Jamie, James Wagner and wife Jennifer, Denny Stiffey and Amber Wagner Bealonis and husband George; seven great-grandchildren Brenna, Logan, Lucas, Landon, William, Sarah and Arabella; brothers Daniel Short, Bolivar; Omer Wagner and wife Nancy, Robinson; and special pet Shae. Jim was an avid hunter, fisherman and sportsman who enjoyed collecting mushrooms. Retired construction worker. Private memorial Service for the family and celebration of life will be held at later date.
