James F. Trimble, 68, New Florence died Saturday, January 22, 2011 at home. Born January 27, 1942 in Johnstown, the son of the late James W and the late Doris I. (Knupp) Trimble. Also preceded in death by brother, Harry R. Trimble. Survived by wife of 42 years Nancy (Kibbee) Trimble; Children James R., Trimble and wife Cindy, Fort Worth, TX; Shauna Warner and husband Shawn, Derry; Grandchildren Caleb, Nathan and Jacob; sister Bonnie L. Trimble of New Florence, PA; brother William R. Trimble, and wife Leticia, Pflugerville, TX; and several nieces and nephews. He served in the US Air Force. Retired rural postal route carrier with 44 years of service and former school teacher. Long time teener baseball coach whose teams won four league championships. Avid gardener and history buff. Friends received 7-9 pm Tuesday Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence where service will be held 2 pm Wednesday. Interment Armagh Cemetery.
