James Patrick Shaulis, 56, of Seward passed away June 10, 2020 at home. Born February 21, 1964 in Greensburg, the son of the late Carl Shaulis and Mary (Sims) Wagner. Also preceded in death by granddaughter Faith Marie who became an angel on May 24, 2015. Survived by wife of 15 years Maria (Chiodini) Shaulis; Sister Rose Mary & husband Ken Blough, New Florence. Children Britnee K. Shaulis, Johnstown; Dennis James Shaulis, Apollo; Harley Nicole Shaulis, Pittsburgh. Grandchildren Cayden, Chrystian, Gavin, Lyerik, Payton, Chevelle. Aunt Awanda Sims, who helped raise him, Indiana, along with several other aunts, uncles and cousins. Jim was a proud Marine Corps Veteran. He relished spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed time spent outdoors hunting, fishing, and in the flower gardens. He will be missed by many people. Friend received 2-4 PM and 6 PM till time of service at 8 PM, Monday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier Street, New Florence. Pastor Sharon Hamley officiating. Military honors by local veteran organization. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
