James W Pyer went Home to be with his Savior on March 30, 2023. Jim was born on May 21, 1969. He graduated from United High School in 1987 and from Robert Morris College in 1999. He was Vice-President of Sales at Richardson's Cooling Packages in New Castle, PA.

Jim was the son of Janet C Pyer and the late James I Pyer. He is survived by his daughter Morgan Pyer, son Jake Pyer, and wife Alyssa Pyer. Other family members include sisters Mary (Scott) Clay and Nancy (Brian) Wolfe and niece Kylie (Taylor) Finn and nephew Elijah Wolfe along with many cousins.

Jim enjoyed life to the fullest! He was an active outdoorsman. Jim shared a passion for karate with his son Jake and fishing and hunting with his daughter Morgan and the Brush Valley Anglers. He loved playing the guitar and played bass in the Dawn Savage band for years. He participated in various outdoor activities, including skiing with his daughter, son, and their friends, boating, traveling in his RV, and long rides on his Harley motorcycle, to name a few. Jim also enjoyed trips to Nashville, the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, and several National Parks with his family and friends.

The burial and interment will be private at Armagh Cemetery. A Celebration of Life to remember Jim will be held at a future date.
