James Eugene Hall, 84, Bolivar, passed away January 21, 2014 at Select Specialty Hospital, Johnstown. Born November 23, 1929 in Bolivar the son of the late James P and Winifred G. (Wynn) Hall. Survived by wife of 65 years Sarah "Trudy" (Seigh) Hall, daughter Valarie Krause, Bolivar; grandchildren Matthew Krause and wife Rhonda, Bovard; Megan Dixon and husband Joshua, Pensacola, FL; Justin Krause & Bryon Cmar; Bluffton, SC; great-grandchildren Hailey Bealonis, Kaitlyn Krause, Kadin Krause, Abigail Dixon; brothers Francis Hall and wife Estella, Bolivar; William Hall and Audean, New Florence; Sister Gertrude Garland, Bolivar; several nieces and nephews; and faithful campaign Gabby. Retired Cement Mason and Member of Cement Mason's Union Local 526, Pittsburgh. Avid hunter, enjoyed his flower beds and gardening, bird watching and feeding the birds. He lived for spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 PM Friday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence, PA where service will be held Saturday at 11 AM. Pastor Charles Burb officiating. Internment West View Cemetery.
