Jacob Arthur Boring, 23, New Florence passed away suddenly September 18, 2026. Born June 6, 2003, in Johnstown.

Jacob is survived by his devoted parents, Dawn and Brian Boring, New Florence; his beloved brothers and sisters, Lucas Boring and fiancé Tressa, New Florence; Emily Boring and Jared, Williamsport; Summer Boring and fiancé Josh, Salix; Elizabeth Boring, New Florence; and Kristian Magness and fiancé Erica, Red Lion. his cherished grandfather, Art Boring; and his loving grandmother, Helen Boring. Nephews Bryson, Brantly, and Case, and the love of his life Liberty Reagan. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, humor, and a love for life that will forever resonate in the hearts of his family and friends.

Also preceded in death by maternal grandparents Donald and Theresa Payton.

Jacob was a graduate of United High School and pursued a fulfilling career as an electrician as owner of Boring Electric. Outside of his profession, he found joy in the great outdoors, frequently indulging in his love for hunting, fishing, skiing, and hiking. His adventurous spirit often took him to national parks, where he marveled at nature's beauty. Jacob had a playful personality, known for his sense of humor and his unwavering willingness to lend a hand to those in need. He was excited that his sister would make him an uncle again.

He cherished his family, reflecting his deep love and commitment to his siblings. Jacob spent countless hours working on his and Liberty's home, creating a welcoming space filled with memories and laughter.

Friends received 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Wednesday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh. Funeral Service 11 AM Thursday at Bethel United Presbyterian Church, 1354 Bethel Cemetery Rd., New Florence. Pastor Jim Sunseri officiating. Private Interment.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
