Rummel, Helen L., 82, New Florence died May 14, 2012 at Memorial Medical Center. Born October 12, 1929 in Seward the daughter of late Thomas B. and Laura (Cramer) Heming. Also preceded in death by husband Harold C. Rummel; son William L. Rummel; brothers Thomas W., Harold "Pickle", Homer and Gary Heming and sister Janet Garland. Survived by sons Ronald Rummel and wife Paige (Riffle), New Florence; James Rummel and wife Deb (Boyle), Clyde; Harold Rummel and wife Mary Beth (Daugherty), Tacoma Park, MD; 6 Grandchildren; 3 Great-grandchildren; daughter-in law Darlene (Riffle) Rummel widow of William; sister of Lila Mae Kiger, Virginia Beach; Violet Berkhamer, New Florence; Roy Heming and wife Peggy, Bolivar; Mary Ellen Brett and husband Jack, North Bend, WA; Carl Heming and wife Dolores, Johnstown; David Heming and wife Barbara, New Florence; Roberta Heming, Robinson; Donna Brossett and husband Les, Fortson, GA; Bobby Heming and wife Bonnie, Dover; numerous nieces and nephews. Helen was a former employee of the New Florence Laundromat and member of New Florence United Methodist Church, Red Hats, Scalawags, New Florence Woman's Club and volunteer for St. Vincent DePaul Society. She will be sadly missed by her loving family. Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 pm Thursday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence where service will be held 11 am Friday.
