Heather Bokor

Heather June (Boring) Bokor, 49, resident of Pittsburgh and native of New Florence passed away December 19, 2025, at UPMC East in Monroeville. Born June 2, 1976, in Newport News, VA. She was preceded in death by biological father Denny Kisamore, paternal grandparents Charles and June (Hurst) Kisamore. Paternal grandparents Donald and Erna Boring, maternal grandparents Ray and Adeleine, Uncle Homer Morrow, and In-laws Stephen and Freida Bokor.

She is survived by husband Stephen Joseph Bokor, parents Kim and Charlene Boring, brothers Micah Boring and fiancé Denise, Shane and wife Sandi Boring; nieces and nephews Alex and fiancé Alyssa, Kalib, Kira, Christian, and Natalia Boring, Brennan and Teagan Moore; great nephews Chance and Asher Boring. Also survived by aunts and uncles Burnie Morrow, June Peffer, Joan Bothell, Lynn and John Kot, Van Morrow, John Krouse, and Debbie Phillips, and a host of dear cousins. Heather has a long list of faithful friends as well. She is also survived by her kitty fur babies Cho-Cho, Ginger, Tiger, Romeo, Freya, and Louie. 

Heather worked for many years in the medical field and was an excellent massage therapist. Her final accomplishment was a dialysis technician. In her free time, she devoted herself to being a vegan chef.

Friends received 2-4 PM and 6 PM until time of funeral service 8 PM Tuesday December 23, 2025, at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence. Memorial contributions in Heather's name may be made to any animal rescue of your choice.
