Gloria Jean Brown

Gloria, 74, of Armagh, PA was a kind and loving light in life and now in memory for her family and friends. There was not a hand in need that she would not attempt to fill with care, giving of herself and time freely. She passed June 28, 2026, at her home.

Gloria Brown (Banko) was born February 23, 1952, in Johnstown, PA, the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Golby) Banko. Also proceeded in death by brothers Kenneth, David, and Charles Banko and sisters Linda Fogel and Dorothy Mundorf.

Survived by husband, Timothy E. Brown, and two children Valerie Jean Brown-Malena (Tony Malena), Daniel E. Brown (Stacy Brown), grandchildren Gabby Bown (Nick), Jared Brown (Treva & Julianna), and Alexandria (Sofia), Also survived by brother Donald Banko, and sisters Ethel Banko, Claire Stepien, Margaret Gyure, and sisters-in-law Tricia Banko and Jennifer Banko.

There will be time for receiving friends at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home 392 E. Philadelphia Street Armagh, on Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 2-4PM and 6-8PM, where funeral service will be held Friday July 3, 2026, at 11 AM, with immediate funeral procession to the Benshoff Hill cemetery for the burial.
