George Richard "Rick" Horner, Jr., 66, Charleroi, passed away September 12, 2019 at UPMC Shadyside.  Born July 10, 1953 in Johnstown the son of late George "Dick" Horner, Sr. and Thelma "Tim" (Naylor) Horner.  Also preceded in death by brothers Harold W. Seigh and Roy Stiffey, and niece Cassie Gill.  Survived by sister Sharon Foster and husband Ken, Brush Valley; several nieces, nephews and extended family members along with special friends Tony and Judy, and Suzie and Sam.

Rick enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, fixing vehicles and shooting guns.  He was a retired coal miner and UMWA member.

Friends received 6pm till time of service at 8 pm Sunday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh.  Future inurnment Germany Lutheran Cemetery.
