Waters, Fred, Jr., 61, Armagh, passed away June 22, 2018.  Born July 2, 1956 in Johnstown the son of the late Fred Waters, Sr. and Dolores (Dembrosky) Waters, Vintondale.  Also preceded in death by daughter Carrie Ann Waters; uncle Gary "Butch" Waters.  In addition to his mother he is survived by wife of 41 years, Janet M. (Bouch) Waters, Armagh; daughter Crystal Waters, Armagh; grandchildren Kierra Waters and Logan Waters-Dennison; brother Andy Waters and wife Doreen, Johnstown; Sister Maryann Dillon and husband Gerald, Munday's Corner; brother Dave Waters and wife Stephanie, Ebensburg;  along with serveral aunts, uncles nieces, nephews and cousins and his faithful four footed companion Dixie.  Fred was a retired coal miner and member of UMWA Local 1412 and worked at Ebensburg Yamaha.  An avid hunter, he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, working on motorcycles and loved his grandchildren.  Friends received 3-8 pm Tuesday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh where service will be held at 6 pm with Rev. Fr. Robert Washko.
