Frank Phillips, Sr., 64, Indiana formerly of Bolivar, passed away December 20, 2017 at West Penn Hospital. Born October 26, 1953, the son of the late Joseph and Ann Phillips. Also, preceded in death by sister Mildred "Millie" Phillips and brother Walter Phillips. Survived by son Frank Phillips, Jr; daughter Mandy Thomas; closest friend Deborah Thomas. Frank was a retired coal miner who enjoyed CB radios and loved NASCAR, car shows and drag racing. A gravesite service will be held Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 1 PM, Armagh Cemetery.
