Floria E. "Doodle" Shetler Hicks, 85, Seward Passed away January 6, 2026, at home. Born June 29, 1940 in Robinson the daughter of late LeRoy Newton and Myra (Lichtenfels) Shetler. Also preceded in death by children Randy Lea Sue Hicks and James Donald Hicks, former husband Donald James Hicks, Sr.; companion Russell Soles; and these brothers and sisters Charles Shetler, Lydia Penrod, Leroy "Hammer" Shetler, Paul Shetler, Essie Belle Anderson, Helen McAdams, Carl "Jiggs" Shetler and Earl Shetler.
Survived by children Donna Lynn Hicks Stewart and husband Joseph, Homosassa FL; Donald James Hicks, II and companion Vera Sue, Bolivar; 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren; sisters Lavinia Ritenour, New Florence; Jean Baker, Medina, NY.
She enjoyed playing bingo, cards and going to casinos.
