Frain, Elmer Jr. "Bugsy", 82, Robinson, passed away March 4, 2017 at Scenery Hill Manor, Indiana. Born July 31, 1934 in Robinson the son of the late Elmer, Sr. and Lillian (Rager) Frain. Also, preceded in death by sister Martha Doepfer and brother Ralph Frain. Survived by sister Nellie Short, Blairsville and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He attended Robinson Evangelical United Methodist Church, Church of God and New Life Church both New Florence. He was also well known for recycling aluminum cans. Friends received Friends received 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Tuesday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., where service will be held 2 pm Wednesday.
