Elizabeth Nagy

Elizabeth J. Nagy, 99, Armagh formerly of Buffington Twp., passed away April 26, 2026, at Windber Hospice. Born December 23, 1926, in Buffington Twp., the last surviving child of George and Julia (Papp) Gero. Also preceded in death by husband William Nagy, brothers and sister and their spouses Joseph (Elsie) Luka, Ida (Arthur) Sipos, and Geroge (Ethel) Gero. Neice and nephews Robert Nagy, Joseph Luka, Jr., Robert Luka, Stephen Luka, and Deborah Gero.

Survived by loving daughter Cynthia "Cindi" Nagy and nieces and nephew Carol Tyler, Barbar (Dan) Tripp, Charolette Spios, and George (Sue) Geno, Jr., along with her fur baby Kelsey who brought much joy.

Elizabeth was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker who was a talented seamstress and cook. She enjoyed gardening and taking care of her lawn. Elizabeth was a member of Armagh Methodist Church.

Graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday at Armagh Cemetery. Rev. Scott Hamley officiating. Arrangements in care of Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, Armagh.
