Donna Kay Swarney, 70, Seward passed away November 29, 2021. Born July 25, 1951, in Mount Pleasant the daughter of late Paul "Jerry" and Mary (Cook) Freeman.

Survived by husband of 46 years John D. Swarney, Seward; and these brothers and sisters, Noel (Don) Rhodes, Wooddale; Carol Vissari, Mount Pleasant; Paul Albert (Arlene) Freeman, II, Stahlstown; Glenn Alan Freeman, Acme; Marjorie Fay (Greg) O'Connor, Rehoboth, Mass., Mehrl Charles Freeman, Mount Pleasant; Juanita Gayle (William) Shumar, Mount Pleasant; and several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and extended family.

Donna was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Seward. She was a retired teacher from United School District after 30 years as a reading specialist.

Friends received from 10 am till mass of Christian Burial 11 am Friday at Holy Family Catholic Church, 425 Bridge Street, Seward. Rev. Fr. William Lechnar officiant.
