Donna Jean Luther, 83, Clyde passed away June 8, 2020 at Beacon Ridge. Born January 25, 1937 in Johnstown and raised in Old Robindale. Preceded in death by parents George I., Sr., and Esther M. (Thurau) Waters. Husband William D. Luther who passed January 1, 2014. Son Thomas Andrew Luther. Brothers George Waters, Jr., Fred Waters, Sr., Gary "Butch" Waters and infant brother Charles. Survived by children William Luther and wife Rebecca, Maryland; Denise Hood and husband Joseph, Seward; Allen Luther and wife Lynn, Robindale Heights; Marie Rash and husband Timothy, Brush Valley; Marjorie Henry and husband James, Clyde; grandchildren Erin (Luther) Payne, Billie Ann (Luther) Davidson, Joseph P. Hood, George Hood, Alicia (Luther) Tomb, Amiee (Luther) Cameron, Allen Luther, Kayla Rash, Timothy Rash, Paige Henry, Kelsey Henry and Blake Henry; 16 great-grandchildren with another soon to be born; sisters Marie Schrift, North Carolina; Terri Blankenbicker, Armagh. Donna had a deep love for her children and grandchildren and enjoyed spending as much time with them as possible. She enjoyed baking pies, traveling, taking trips in their motor home, and hosting family events, especially Christmas Eve at her home. She also was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan. Donna retired from United High School as head cook and she valued her church family at Valley Grace Brethren Church in Armagh. Friends received 3-8 pm Thursday at the Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E Philadelphia St., Armagh where service will be held 11 am Friday. Rev. Stephen Bond officiating. Interment Armagh Cemetery.
