Deemer, Donald Lee, 77, Robinson, went home to be with the Lord peacefully July 14, 2015 surrounded by his family. Born March 10, 1938 in Bolivar the son of the late George and Mae (Garland) Deemer. Also preceded in death by his brothers Alvin, Ralph and Wilard Deemer. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Jane A. (Muir) Deemer, sons Craig Deemer and wife Kelly, New Florence and Rodney Deemer and wife Kelly, Ligonier; grandchildren Bryan Deemer, Gallatin, TN; Tyler Deemer, Richmond, VA; Shannon Deemer & boyfriend Cody Krenzke, Seward and Isaac Deemer and girlfriend Bre Little, Indiana; great-grandchildren Joshua and Timothy Krenzke; brother Earl and wife Connie, Blairsville. Don was a member of First Church of Christ, Bolivar retired from Johnstown Corp. as a machinist and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. His hobbies included wood working, gardening, and just sitting on the porch, being with his faithful companion Fuzzy who was always at his side along with being an avid Pittsburgh Pirate and Steeler fan and a NASCAR fan of Dale Earnhardt Sr. Friends received 5-8 pm Friday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence. Memorial service will be held 10 am Saturday at First Church of Christ, 3049 Rt. 259, Bolivar. Chris Hopper officiating.
